We make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 11 AM PST on a business day (Monday - Friday) are usually shipped out the same day, and all other orders are shipped out the next business day. If a shipment of your order should be delayed, we will notify you by phone or email.


Note: The shipping address has to match the billing address registered with the bank or credit card company for all orders.


United States Orders 

We ship to all 50 United States, including APO/FPO addresses and P.O. boxes. Customers are responsible for any applicable law restriction in their state. All orders are shipped via US Postal Service.


We offer free shipping (the USA only) for orders $29 and over. There is a minimum $4.00 flat fee for orders below $29. We also offer expedited shipping methods.


International Orders

Free shipping over $29 applies to USA orders only.


We can not be responsible for your order tracking once it has left the U.S. since not all destinations support this tracking feature.


Customers are responsible for any applicable law restriction in their state or country and any applicable customs, broker fees, duties, and taxes that are levied once their package reaches their country.


The delivery time depends on your location and the delivery method selected. There is no tracking guarantee if you choose the First Class Mail International service from the United States Postal Service (USPS).



We value your satisfaction and will gladly offer you a refund on your purchase. However, we reserve the right to refuse returns on items opened or used. Due to health and sanitary reasons, all sales are final on the following items: condoms and intimate vibrators (NO EXCEPTIONS).


If you have any questions or issues with your purchase, please SEND US AN EMAIL within 14 days of your purchase that includes your ORDER NUMBER and describes your issue, and we will do our best to work something out. Please, do not send us any returns without emailing us first to obtain the return authorization number.


Any returns without an authorization number won't be honored. All approved returns are subject to 15% restocking fee and $5.00 return shipping fee. Refunds are issued as store credit and we can not refund shipping expenses. TO ENSURE THE TOP QUALITY OF ALL PRODUCTS, WE DO NOT RESELL RETURNED PRODUCTS.
