United States Orders
We make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 11 AM PST on a business day (Monday - Friday) are usually shipped out the same day. All other orders are shipped out the next business day. If a shipment of your order should be delayed for any reason, we will notify you by phone or email.
We ship to all 50 United States including APO/FPO addresses and PO boxes (FedEx does not deliver to PO boxes; only US Postal Service does). Customers are responsible for any applicable law restriction in their state.
We offer free shipping (USA only) for orders $25 and over. There is $4.00 flat fee for orders below $25. We also offer expedited and rush shipping methods so you can choose the most convenient for you.

For all international orders, shipping address has to match the billing address as registered with the bank or credit card company. Just a friendly reminder for all international customers, we can not be responsible for your order once it has left the U.S.
Customers are responsible for any applicable law restriction in their state or country as well as for any applicable customs, broker fees, duties and taxes which are levied once their package reaches their country. We have no control over these fees nor do we have any way of determining in advance what the fees will be, if any. You will need to contact your local customs office or post office to get this information. The delivery time depends on your location and delivery method selected. If you choose First Class Mail International service from the United States Postal Service [USPS], then there is no tracking available. You will bear the risk if the package goes missing. Our customers have experienced good service from this shipment method so far, and it is an affordable method.
We value your satisfaction and will gladly offer you a refund on your purchase. However, we reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been opened or used. Due to health and sanitary reasons, all sales are final on the following items: condoms and intimate vibrators (NO EXCEPTIONS). If you have any questions or issues with your purchase, please SEND US AN EMAIL within 14 days of your purchase that includes your ORDER NUMBER and describes your issue, and we will do our best to work something out. Please, do not send us any returns without emailing us first to obtain return authorization number. Any returns without an authorization number won't be honored. Refunds are issued as store credit and we can not refund shipping expenses. TO ENSURE TOP QUALITY OF ALL PRODUCTS WE DO NOT RESELL RETURNED PRODUCTS.
