Why Should I Use a Condom if She is On the Pill?

Why should I choose to use condoms over other types of contraception? I thought that most girls use the Pill so why should I use condoms? Should I use condoms if a girl is on the Pill?
Many women use the Pill, and it is a great form of contraception and has the highest effective rate when used as prescribed. Condoms have nearly as high effective rate when used properly, and they are better because they are the only form of contraception that prevent both sexually transmitted diseases and unplanned pregnancies. The Pill only prevents pregnancy. In addition, condoms are better because they very affordable, readily available, easy to use and have virtually no side effects (unless you are allergic to latex. In that case, use non-latex condoms). Another great advantage to condoms is that you don't need a prescription from a medical doctor like you do with the Pill. Plus, the Pill does alter a women's body.

Another advantage for condoms is that there is no doubt that they are being used. There is visual confirmation whereas with the Pill, you may not be sure if your partner is indeed taking the Pill or using it as prescribed.
