Are all orders discreetly shipped?

Yes, all orders are discreetly shipped in plain boxes and discreetly billed under our corporate name LNS CENTER. The words “CONDOM" and "CONDOMJUNGLE.COM” will not appear on the box.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed before 3 pm PST on a business day (Monday - Friday) will be shipped out the same day. All other orders will be shipped out the next business day.

Where do you ship?

At this time, we ship to all 50 United States, Canada, Puerto Rico and the U.S.Virgin Islands among others, including APO/FPO addresses or PO boxes (FedEx does not deliver to the PO boxes only USPS does). We ship to over 40 destinations worldwide. If your country is not listed, please contact us. We will let you know as we add more shipping destinations.

How long will it take before I receive my order?

With the standard shipping option, you should receive your order within 5-10 business days.

Can I get my order faster?

The shipping methods below are available during the checkout process. Expedited orders placed before 3 pm PST on a business day will be shipped out the same day. All other orders will be shipped out the next business day.

Do you ship internationaly?

At this time, we ship to Canada, Australia, Great Britain, France, Italy among other countries via USPS or FedEx depending on your location.

How much is the international shipping?

» Standard - Delivery within 7-14 business days and will be calculated based on your destination and product weight.

How long will it take before I receive my order to Canada?

Delivery time varies but on average it normally takes between 6 to 12 business days to major cities so allow additional time for your order to arrive.

What are your shipping rates on orders of bulk cases?

Standard - Delivery within 5-10 business days, rates are calculated based on your destination and product weight.

What is your return policy?

If you are not happy with your purchase you can return it back to us, unused, with no questions asked.

» Item must be returned within 14 days of its original purchase

» Refund will be given as Money back

» Product(s) must be unopened, unused and in the undamaged packaging we shipped

» Return shipping will be paid by the Buyer

How to Return Your Order

Send us an email to (support@condomjungle.com) with your order number and we will email you your return number. We will notify you via email when we receive and have processed the returned item(s).

You should not accept any package or product that has been damaged in shipment.

Please do not return any products without contacting us first.

Please double check that your information on your order form is correct . All orders are shipped to the address as you entered on the order form during a checkout. Shipping labels are printed automatically so please be sure to double check your address. Once your order is placed if any package is returned to us because of an incorrect or invalid address, we will charge you an additional shipping fee of $5.00 to reship your order.
