Order Status

Has my order been shipped?
We send a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped. Also if you created an account with us during your order checkout process you can log in to your account to see your order status.

How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with tracking information, when your order ships. If for any reason you did not receive an confirmation email please contact us.

How do I know my order has been placed successfully?
When your order is successfully placed you will receive an email with an order confirmation.

How do I make changes to my order?
Once the order is placed you can no longer make any changes to it because it’s already being processed in our shipping facility. Though, if it is just a few minutes since you placed your order please email us to request any changes. Don’t forget to mention your full name and order number to expedite your request.

How do I know my condom size?
If you don’t know what condom size to buy simply go to our Condom Variety Packs category or buy small quantity from each size. There are only four main condom size categories. Everybody is different that’s why we always recommend to try a variety of condoms before finding the right one.

I'm allergic to latex condoms what are my options?
There is an alternative for you in form of non-latex condoms.

It looks like you don't have my condom size!
We carry every condom size available by the manufacturers. If it’s on the market we have it.

Is it OK to use a personal lubricant with a condom?
In general water and silicone-based personal lubricants are compatible with condoms. Though we DO NOT recommend using oil-based personal lubricants because these will weaken and eventually damage the condom material and therefore not properly protect you. Always read thoroughly the product detail page for product specifications.

Why should I create an account?
If you create an account you’ll be able to check your order status, print out a copy of you receipt/invoice, buy/redeem a gift certificate among others?

How do I create an account?
You can create an account here. Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private.

How do I edit my account information?
Click the My Account link in the website header to log in to edit your account information.

I forgot my account password.
No problem, use our Password Reminder to enter the email address that you used when you registered. The password will be promptly sent to the e-mail address with which you registered.

Shipping

When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 1 pm PST on a business day (Monday - Friday) will be shipped out the same day. All other orders will be shipped out the next business day. If a shipment of your order should be delayed for any reason, we will notify you by phone or email.

Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free USA standard shipping on orders $25 or more. $25 minimum purchase is calculated after coupons and discounts are applied.

What will happen if I don't accept the package?
If, for whatever reason, you refuse to except your package, once we receive the returned package it will be processed and you will receive a refund, along with an email confirmation. The refund will be deducted by the exact shipping & handling fees as stated in your order total. Once we receive your return it will be processed and you will receive a refund, along with an email confirmation.

Tracking shows delivered but I don't have my order.
If tracking shows that the order was delivered please check with your neighbor or building manager. If the signature is not required driver can also leave the package on your doorstep. If the driver believes it's not safe to leave a package on your doorstep driver will post a sticker note on your door notifying you when the next delivery attempt will be made. Please try to make it as easy as possible for the driver to deliver the package.

When will I receive my order?
The estimated delivery time is based on the shipping service selected and receipt of cleared payment. By knowing the estimated delivery time listed in your order summary, confirmation email or your account, you can determine how long it will take to receive the item.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses?
Only U.S. Postal service (USPS) will deliver to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses not FedEx.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Yes, we ship outside the U.S. including Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia plus many other countries. To see current list of countries we ship to go to an order checkout page and in the drop down menu see a list.

When will you ship orders via Money Order?
We will ship your order as soon as we receive your Money Order payment.

What will show on my bank statement?
Your bank statement will say LNS CENTER as the billing company.
